Remote Viewing of Underwater Base near Coast of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
I sense that there is a base underwater near the Coast of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I have often astrally explored it and even remote viewed it on November 16, 2015 and it has a large electromagnetic frequency generator attached to the base that creates vortexes and ley lines for the province of British Columbia.
This base feels old (ancient) and like it has been on Earth for a long time generating energy fields under the ocean perhaps to stabilize the Pacific Ocean.
There is no one living on the underwater base now but it can be accessed remotely through long distances in space in order to calibrate the base technologies so the energy generator works correctly underwater in the electromagnetic frequency fields and waves that it emits.

There are areas underneath the major cities of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada where portal hubs were built out for teleportation and transportation purposes.
Both extraterrestrials and human personnel work together to travel through these portal hubs to the different secret underground bases that are located underground on Vancouver Island and other parts of the Earth, there are large tunnel systems with these portal hubs that link the various secret base locations together.
