CIA and China Have Space Fleets
China has its own antigravity craft that equals some of the Fleet ships that the CIA is part of and the CIA has had space crafts out in space longer then the formation of Space Force or Space Command which got fleet crafts several years ago. China's quantum computers have made it possible for them to do teleporting of crafts and supplies.
